Step into the wood-fired sauna and let the heat settle into tired muscles and a busy mind.
Cool off
Walk straight into the ocean, or the plunge, and feel the cold sharpen every sense.
Repeat
Move between heat and water for 3 to 5 rounds, however many your body calls for.
Leave different
Looser, quieter, lighter than when you arrived.
